About me

I am a technology and business transformation executive who has spent more than two decades turning complexity into momentum — and momentum into meaningful, measurable change.

My career has taken shape at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation. Across multiple industries and continents, I’ve led teams, modernized systems, driven turnaround programs, and guided large organizations through periods of deep technological and structural transformation. Whether scaling technology delivery across Latin America, improving operational resilience in high-demand environments, or embedding artificial intelligence into enterprise architecture — my work has always been rooted in the same principle: make transformation real.

I currently serve as a Partner at Kyndryl, the world’s largest technology infrastructure services provider, where I help organizations rethink the role of software, applications, and digital capabilities. I work with complex enterprises — often with legacy systems and urgent performance needs — to unlock value through intelligent modernization. This includes integrating AI into development pipelines, simplifying fragmented architectures, and aligning IT operations with clear business outcomes. My mission is to make digital transformation measurable, sustainable, and deeply aligned with strategic intent.

But my journey didn’t begin in theory or abstraction — it was forged in the intensity of real-world operations, where technology, people, and urgency intersect daily. I’ve led continent-wide transformation programs, directed regional operations across Latin America, and carried full executive responsibility for multi-country units with thousands of professionals under my leadership. My roles have spanned operational command over 6,000+ team members, P&L ownership across complex portfolios, and the delivery of high-impact restructuring programs that redefined performance, cost, and client satisfaction at scale. I’ve built and optimized delivery models across borders, stabilized operations in the face of disruption, and turned fragmented systems into agile, data-driven engines of execution. My work has always lived in that space where scale meets speed — and where leadership is measured by outcomes, not titles.

Alongside my corporate work, I remain actively involved in shaping the global conversation around cybersecurity, technology policy, and digital inclusion. I serve as an Expert Advisor to the EU CyberNet initiative, supporting governments and multilateral institutions in developing national cybersecurity strategies, improving digital resilience, and navigating the policy implications of technological sovereignty. I also sit on the Board of Trustees of ICT University in Africa, where I support leadership development and academic innovation in emerging economies. My work bridges global strategy with local impact — because the future is being built everywhere.

Academically, I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, and I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) focused on leadership, innovation, and cultural adaptation. This academic journey enhances my ability to think systemically, act decisively, and lead transformation from both a macro and micro lens. It’s what enables me to speak fluently across boardrooms, ministries, and technical teams — connecting vision to execution at every level.

My career spans industries such as telecom, manufacturing, financial services, retail, consumer goods, and government. I’ve worked inside global corporations, advised institutions, led restructurings, and built future-ready service models. I’ve navigated the complexities of Latin American markets while maintaining a global mindset — and I bring that same energy, clarity, and precision to every partnership I build.

I believe in technology not just as a set of tools, but as a strategic force. One that reshapes organizations, societies, and the future itself. I believe in leadership that combines cultural intelligence, executional excellence, and ethical responsibility. And above all, I believe in building legacies — not just projects.
